    This is deliberate UNION BUSTING, not contract negotiating here. What a coincidence that the board of directors of Canada Post and Purolator are a mix of past executives from both companies. What a coincidence that Canada Posts major accounts business is being funnelled to Purolator of which they own approx 95%. I think that HUGE dollars have been paid to momma Moya and daddy Deepak to destroy our Publically Owned Postal Service , get in in debt and then sell it off cheap. Canada Post on a whole has not lost a dollar but moved the customers to either Purolator or their on line services for which the CUPW workers established the CPC trusted brand name. It is criminal that they have not given a future to current CUPW workers by allowing them a way to be included in the electronic division of CPC.
    Check out Air Canada, and Essex Power contract issues. They are very similar. It seems to be the general corporate mandate in all of our industries to squash the working class .
    The TRUTH is now surfacing with the rejection of Canada Post allowing the current contract to be extended and the strike to be suspended. What a darn right shame for ALL Canadian workers. Our working lives should get better not worse. Our young workers need a future. We work to live, not live to work !!!!
    It is time ALL Canadian workers take a stance and ONLY do business with companies that provide decent, full time jobs. Boycott the rest, I am! Down with part time, casual, temporary, low paying jobs, up with full time, secure, well compensated, long term, unionized employment.
    With today’s cost to live , minimum wage should be raised to $25/hr. Let’s stop filling the gold lined pockets of the CEO’s
